was there in 5.5.25-1

not included in any other jar file in this package

this breaks any web application that depends on MailSessionFactory

From when I was looking at this before, the tomcat build looks for
javax.mail.Service and builds MailSessionFactory only if it exists. I
believe this is provided by the libgnumail-java. We need to build-depend
on this and set ${mail.jar} to the right place in build.properties.
