Bug#801475: freeplane: Fails to build with JMapViewer 1.11

With the upload of jmapviewer (1.11+dfsg-1) to unstable today freeplane
now FTBFS.

Please update the openmaps plugin to support JMapViewer 1.11 or consider
adding skip_openmaps=true to debian/ant.properties.

Since my upload of jmapviewer now causes freeplane to FTBFS, I'm willing
to sponsor the upload of freeplane too.

Since I cannot commit to pkg-java freeplane git repository (due to not
being a member of pkg-java), I think you (Tony) are in a better
position to sponsor the upload.

Currently freeplane (1.3.15-3) is targeted at experimental in the
changelog, this should probably change to unstable now that jmapviewer
(1.11+dfsg-1) is available in unstable.

@Felix, can you confirm that this is also your intention?

I've set the distribution to experimental since it should probably be
uploaded to unstable together with jmapviewer (now that it _requires_
jmapviewer>=1.11).

The jmapviewer package in Debian has been updated to the recent
JMapViewer 1.11 upstream release as required for JOSM 8800
(both available in experimental).

Unfortunately freeplane (1.3.15-2) fails to build with
jmapviewer (1.11+dfsg-1~exp1) as can be seen in the partial build log
below.

Please update the openmaps plugin to support JMapViewer 1.11 or consider
adding skip_openmaps=true to debian/ant.properties.

The severity of this issue will be raised to serious when
jmapviewer (1.11+dfsg-1) is moved from experimental to unstable.
I expect to do that next week.
