[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#740078: Bug#740078: [gtk3-engines-oxygen] can't go up directories in file open dialog

2014-03-18 Thread Miklós Máté

On 03/18/2014 06:20 AM, Dmitry Smirnov wrote:

Dear Miklós,

Your bug report is incomplete. Which application exhibit this behaviour? How
can I reproduce it? What version of libgtk-3-0 you have installed?
Is it any better with gtk3-engines-oxygen/1.3.4-1?

Please always report versions of installed libraries as `reportbug` does.

Thanks.

Dear Dmitry,

I didn't mention application names, because *every* gtk3 application
that has a filechooser dialog exhibits this behavior when
gtk3-engines-oxygen is installed. I have gtk3 3.10.7-1, which is the
newest in unstable. Anyways, this report can be closed, because the new
version 1.3.4 seems to fix this issue.

I used reportbug-ng to create the bug report, as always. I don't have
any idea why it didn't include the installed versions. Maybe it became a
bit grumpy after being left unmaintained for years.

[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#742090: plasma-nm: FTBFS with openconnect 5.99-1 from experimental: error: request for member 'label' in ...

2014-03-18 Thread Mike Miller
Source: plasma-nm
Version: 0.9.3.2-3
Severity: important

The latest version of openconnect includes an API change that breaks the
current version of plasma-nm. Openconnect 5.99-1 is currently in
experimental for testing but will soon be beginning a transition in
unstable to the new library with the upcoming 6.00 upstream release.

Initial support for the new openconnect library has been committed
upstream at:

http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=plasma-nm.gita=commitdiffh=947f56f1cd21a72fa0f88e1c42ac8c19e23864d0

The relevant errors look like:
 /«PKGBUILDDIR»/vpn/openconnect/openconnectauth.cpp:444:65: error: request for
 member 'label' in '*(sopt-oc_form_opt_select::choices + ((sizetype)(((long
 unsigned int)i) * 8ul)))', which is of pointer type 'oc_choice*' (maybe you
 meant to use '-' ?)
  cmb-addItem(QString::fromUtf8(sopt-choices[i].label),
 QString::fromUtf8(sopt-choices[i].name));
  ^
 /«PKGBUILDDIR»/vpn/openconnect/openconnectauth.cpp:444:108: error: request
 for member 'name' in '*(sopt-oc_form_opt_select::choices +
 ((sizetype)(((long unsigned int)i) * 8ul)))', which is of pointer type
 'oc_choice*' (maybe you meant to use '-' ?)
  cmb-addItem(QString::fromUtf8(sopt-choices[i].label),
 QString::fromUtf8(sopt-choices[i].name));

   ^
 /«PKGBUILDDIR»/vpn/openconnect/openconnectauth.cpp:445:65: error: request for
 member 'name' in '*(sopt-oc_form_opt_select::choices + ((sizetype)(((long
 unsigned int)i) * 8ul)))', which is of pointer type 'oc_choice*' (maybe you
 meant to use '-' ?)
  if (value == QString::fromUtf8(sopt-choices[i].name))
  ^

The full build log with the relevant errors can be found at:

http://people.debian.org/~mtmiller/plasma-nm_0.9.3.2-3_amd64-experimental.build

Let me know if I can provide any more information to help with the
transition.

Hi,
your package fails to build from source against libav 10 (currently
packaged in experimental). This bug will become release-critical
at some point when the libav10 transition starts.

Migration documentation can be found at
https://wiki.libav.org/Migration/10

Cheers,
