thanks!

2018-04-12 Thread Arturo Borrero Gonzalez
Hi there!

I just finished a personal project using a combination of
openshot+ardour+handbrake.

It was great to have these great tools out of the box in Debian. I'm
glad we can do these things only with FLOSS software.

Thanks for your hard work!

2018-04-12 Thread Jonas Smedegaard

Excerpts from Reinhard Tartler's message of april 12, 2018 9:44 pm:

Hi Dominic,

Based on the discussion on this list, please do migrate the
pkg-multimedia-maintainers list. Sorry for the short notice. I assume that
the list of current subscribers, as well as the rest of the mailman
configuration, will be retained, is that right?

I'm OK to continue to serve as old and new list owner for the new mailing
list. I'd appreciate if other's would step up and help with weeding out the
moderation queue.

Feel free to add me as moderator.

liboss4-salsa*: please add six snd_{midi,seq}_* functions

2018-04-12 Thread Thorsten Glaser
retitle 870787 liboss4-salsa*: please add six snd_{midi,seq}_* functions
affects 870787 src:portmidi
thanks

Hello again,

we also need the following symbols in oss-salsa:

• snd_midi_event_encode_byte
• snd_midi_event_free
• snd_midi_event_new
• snd_seq_delete_port
• snd_seq_disconnect_from

These are required to build src:portmidi, which is a new
dependency of src:musescore, and thus extending the scope
of this bugreport instead of creating a new one. Just to
remind, we also need this:

• snd_seq_event_length

Please d̲o̲ provide this!

Small side note: perhaps, given enough functions in oss-salsa,
portaudio19 could also use it, achieving feature parity. (Which
is why I Cc’d its maintainers as well.)

Thanks in advance,
