[DRE-maint] ohai override disparity
There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the override file for the following file(s): ohai_0.5.4-4_all.deb: package says section is ruby, override says admin. Please note that a list of new sections were recently added to the archive: cli-mono, database, debug, fonts, gnu-r, gnustep, haskell, httpd, java, kernel, lisp, localization, ocaml, php, ruby, vcs, video, xfce, zope. At this time a script was used to reclassify packages into these sections. If this is the case, please only reply to this email if the new section is inappropriate, otherwise please update your package at the next upload. Either the package or the override file is incorrect. If you think the override is correct and the package wrong please fix the package so that this disparity is fixed in the next upload. If you feel the override is incorrect then please file a bug against ftp.debian.org and explain why. Please INCLUDE the list of packages as seen above, or we won't be able to deal with your request due to missing information. Please make sure that the subject of the bug you file follows the following format: Subject: override: BINARY1:section/priority, [...], BINARYX:section/priority Include the justification for the change in the body of the mail please. My users where able to login but for some operation the get an Invalid form authenticity token error. I also discovered that redmine was setting several cookies instead of only one. After some search I figured out that: DefaultInitEnv RAILS_RELATIVE_URL_ROOT was set in my apache config, commenting this directive fix everything. In config/environment.rb there is :session_path = ENV['RAILS_RELATIVE_URL_ROOT'] ? ENV['RAILS_RELATIVE_URL_ROOT'] : '/' which check if RAILS_RELATIVE_URL_ROOT is set or not (but not if it's empty). I've found a patch on http://www.redmine.org/issues/3968 where it check if it's empty or not, which seems a better approach as it seems that firefox and IE interpret differently the fact that the cookie path is empty. [DRE-maint] Be cautious when using svn-buildpackage 0.8.0!
Hello everyone, it seems that svn-buildpackage 0.8.0 has a bug, when it comes to tagging. It doesn't tag the working directory revision, if you've done any commits after the last checkout or update. I couldn't convince the svn-bp-maintainer yet, but IMHO this should really be fixed. (See #580545 [1]) From a quick check of the pkg-ruby-extras repository, I think the following tags were set wrong, because of this issue. libbarby-ruby : 0.3.2-1 libdataobjects-ruby : 0.10.0-1 libhaml-ruby : 2.2.24-1 libsinatra-ruby : 1.0.really1.0-1 libxml-parser-ruby : 0.7.1-1 ruby-gnome2 : 0.19.3-2 There might be more wrong tags, I've only checked the most recent ones. If you're using svn-buildpackage 0.8.0 and recently tagged something, please check your tags. To work around this problem, you need to do a svn update in your working directory before running --svn-tag. If you can confirm, that the above tags were set wrong because auf svn-bp 0.8.0, it might be a good idea to post this warning to debian-devel as well.
