tokyocabinet needs to list the shared library in SHARED_LIBS and the
library version number must be under control of the ports Makefile -
this will mean patching Makefile.in and configure and passing in
${LIBtokyocabinet_VERSION} via the port Makefile. Also the shared
library symlinks shouldn't be installed (but these can just be
@comment'ed out in the PLIST/PFRAG.shared files).
