Ah, ok. So you don't use it via simscan for the whole server. I
  may just leave it out, that's the way I had my old server set up
  but was trying to improve things with my new Rocky 9 setup.

In the past I didn't use rspam but it seems to still be a
  going concern with 3.8.4 being the latest version. What's the
  advice on rspam these days? If I'm going to run it I need to
  learn how to manage it, whitelist things, etc. Right now I
  have little knowledge of it.
