Can you update the fpm link to
https://github.com/jordansissel/fpm/pull/1360 ? I've moved to a second
draft... which preserves the changelog date from the gem.

Oddly, this means that fpm, unlike most build tools, actually both
sources and consumes SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH in some circumstances.
