[SPARK-26112][SQL] Update since versions of new built-in functions.
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The following 5 functions were removed from branch-2.4:
- map_entries
- map_filter
- transform_values
- transform_keys
- map_zip_with
We should update the since version to 3.0.0.
## How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
