[sane-devel] GL646 part and 1.0.17 upcoming release

2005-12-06 Thread Pierre Willenbrock
Hi all,

I moved the genesys backend in experimental cvs to sane-backends cvs
yesterday evening. I tried to send a notification to the list twice, but
haydn didn't want to relay that mail(it didn't relay the commit mails
either). Changes are in ChangeLog.

I finally fixed the last two known bugs in the genesy backend related
 to
GL646 scanners. The experimental version is now ready for the next release
 for this part.

Please move those changes over to sane-backends cvs. I forgot you were
still hunting bugs.

Regards,
  Pierre

I didn't get a notice/bounce for your first mail. What was the error
message? haydn uses greylisting, so the first mail sent is always
rejeceted with a temporary error message. Also according the #alioth,
subnet 58.180.0.0/16 is currently blocked because of massive spamming.

You second mail was hold for moderation because
pierre at linux-net.dnsalias.org is not subscribed to the list. I'll
approve it now.

Did you get any bounces for the missing sane-commit mails?

Bye,
  Henning

I got a permanent error from mailer-dae...@haydn.debian.org at
05.12.2005 22:15:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

sane-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org
  local delivery failed

I am coming from a subnet of Deutsche Telekom AG, so i will probably
not end up in that Korean subnet ;-)

Wrong sender address, sorry. Took that for a failed send.

No bounces for sane-commit mails.

  Pierre
