Qualifications:
The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following
requirements:-
CRM sales with Web channel or ISA Internet sales application - 5,6,7
Versions
Experience with Credit Card Interface just as Delego or J pay
functionalities
Experience with Internet Sales Application (ISA) flows and changes to
Order History , and its Impact
Experience with CRM status profile,date profile, ECC statuses
Experience with CRM Middleware with ECC for ISA order
Lead SAP CRM Consultant with experience in successfully managing projeccts
end to end
6-8 years SAP CRM experience
Minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
Extensive configuration experience
In depth knowledge of Knowledge of Sales Orders, Quotations, Leads,
Opportunities, and Activities.
Expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 to ECC integration, middleware configuration, and
troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Pricing Procedure, Billing, Equipment Master, Date Profile,
Status Profiles.
Ability to communicate at all levels both in a written and verbal
manner.
