Re: Trouble w Google Talk _ two-step authorization

I use two-factor authentication and think that may be the issue. I have entered the Application Specific password I generated for Pidgin, but no luck. I continue to get a Unable to connect error. Hope you can help Unable to connect? If password is a problem, Pidgin would ask you again for it. Try connect without two-step - maybe this is not the reason. -- Pozdrawiam Daniel Krysiak ___ Support@pidgin.im mailing list Want to unsubscribe? working without a server
I have 4 computers in a lab that is not connected to the Internet and would like to run Pidgin on those computers. Is it possible to run Pidgin without a server? Maybe there is a plugin that can hold a static ip table of every user? ___ Support@pidgin.im mailing list Want to unsubscribe? Use this link: http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/support
Pidgin MSN certificate chain broken
Hi... Today my pidgin is refusing to connect to MSN and returns this error: Unable to validate certificate The certificate for local-blu-people.directory.live.com could not be validated. The certificate chain presented is invalid. Nor google nor twitter has any clue about how to solve the problem. Any hint ? Thanks in advance. Yair, Consider doing something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytUB5qJm5HE It can be run from a VM if hardware resources are limited. -Tres On Wed, Jan 16, 2013 at 4:57 AM, yairba yai...@gmail.com wrote: I have 4 computers in a lab that is not connected to the Internet and would like to run Pidgin on those computers. QQ third party support
QQ third party plugin Tried it seems to connect to QQ but then gives this message (coming from QQ server I guess): Dear User, your version of QQ International will be obsolete soon. Please download the latest version to avoid interruption of service. Thank you! (http://download.imqq.com/download.shtml) Then it disables the login. Is it possible to run Pidgin without a server? Maybe there is a plugin that can hold a static ip table of every user? This is what the Bonjour protocol plugin does. I can not make audio calls from pidgin 2.10
Good time of the day. I can not make audio calls from pidgin 2.10 under linux to pidgin 2.10 under windows - when I call and the windows user clicks on ringing bell in the tray - it says that time elapsed and I get at my side, message on termination of my call. I'm behind firewall and net access to jabber net through privoxy server. Chatting is OK, but audio call is not working. If necessary I can provide a debug information - got w/ -d option. Thanks for Your time. Sthu. ___ Support@pidgin.im mailing list Want to unsubscribe? Use this link: http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/support
