A Round Table Q Session is where we take questions from the
audience, and the audience discusses and attempts to answer those
questions from their own knowledge. It's a great way to meet fellow
members of our community and discover the skill sets we each bring to
the table.

It sounds like good product stewardship/EPR to me. Lead-acid battery
recycling is one of the good and true stories of how recycling should work.
The fines for losing control of lead waste are (rightly) huge.

That's a good way to keep product out of the used market.
Raise your prices just enough to cover the buyback cost and keep it just 
a bit higher than what the used market will pay.
