Please review the following requirement and let me know your comments. *LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL GET HIGH PRIORITY* *Location:* Charlotte,NC *Duration:* 10+ Months *Description:* Performs and leads processes related to testing activities for new software development systems and applications Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s) May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle Ability to track and develop metrics for testing Experience implementing testing processes/methodology in large, complex, diversified, global organizations Experience with all types of major system development and deployment projects, especially using COTS solutions Experience with Facilitation, Database testing, Test Automation, Performance testing, Data driven testing, IT Structured Software Testing, TestDirector, QTP, Testing Specialized, WinRunner, LoadRunner, QTP Acquires knowledge of the customer's business in assigned area and industry Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong analytical skills Proven problem solving ability Able to interpret requirement documents and able to update test documents accordingly To the extent that it is reasonable, goes the “extra mile” to make sure that each individual’s needs are met.
