Building musl needs extra patches both on the compiler itself and musl.

I do not want to tamper with system's gcc.

I'm on voidlinux musl based on RPI3 aarch64.

How do I solve building this? Also, isn't there an issue with having 2 
signal.h files?


It may not be solved, coz of the lack of (u)int128_t.

There may be someone who is happy to add 128-bit integers to TinyCC, but 
as for now

there is not
