Why isn't this a gnome-control-center bug, I can confirm the problem described by ecir hana. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to System - Administration - Font Properties 2. Click Details... 3. Change Hinting to Slight and click close. 4. Notice that all Font Renderings are checked. 5. Close Font Properties and start Font Properties again. 6.
