2008-01-30 Thread Bryce Harrington
Hmm, I do see where the image is cut off on the right. Sounds like a
monitor modeline problem. Can you tell us your exact monitor model?

Also, please attach your /etc/X11/xorg.conf, /var/log,Xorg.0.log, and
the output of `lscpi`.

2007-11-30 Thread Carlos Adriano Portes
No, that do not solve the problem? I have tried many distros, and all of
them have the same problem.

2007/11/29, Timo Aaltonen [EMAIL PROTECTED]:

Please try the 7.10 release, or hardy alpha1 which should be released
within a day. Report back the results.

the screenshot looks perfectly fine, btw.

** Description changed:

When booting from live cd or a installation from gusty gibon tribe 4 the
grubmenu, bootsplash, gdm and gnome are not aligned, that is, I cannot see the
scrollbar in firefox when it is maximized for example, when I install the
official nvidia driver it is solved immediately after rebooting but it would be
nice having it solved as I see this bug since dapper... you can see in:
