It is getting a little too big for my liking as well. It would be nice if we could have an tasksel option for ubuntu-cloud and then when the user selects ubuntu-cloud then tasksel displays an option for the eucalyptus options. The thing is... those tasks will fail to result in a complete UEC setup if you select them. They are meant to be called by the UEC installer, which does extra magic around it to make everything work in the end.
