Hey Hose,
I managed to send French unicode characters by adding coding =2 and
encoding =utf-8 to url inserting to smsbox.
The problem I am having is now receiving french characters sent using ucs-2
encoding to my kannel using smsbox. My db is already utf-8 encoded.
