Looking at the spec file, the ganglia modules are only created when python2 is available. Python2 is not available in 
RHEL9 so they are not built.


Right!!! now, that you mention this i also found a PR for python3 support
https://github.com/ganglia/monitor-core/pull/313

let the fun rebuilding with a PR patch begin :) (the actual python modules 
deployment will be another pain)
