Re: [SOGo] How to disable the mail interfaces or hide them?

Mail to the interface will be polled with IMAP. Only outgoing mail uses SMTP and needs an MTA with a very basic configuration. -- Gruß Marco Send unsolicited bulk mail to 1713848926mu...@cartoonies.org

I don't think that what you see in Outlook is really a proof for what exists elsewhere. In the screenshot you posted, you seem to have selected the calendar named "Calendar (This computer only)". To me, this seems to indicate that what you see there does just *not* prove that it also exists in SOGo or somewhere else. -- Regards mks
Re: [SOGo] Unable to send email from Thunderbird

SOGo is just a web frontend for SMTP/IMAP server. You can't use IMAP/SMTP with SOGo. You need to know the server names of the IMAP and SMTP service of your university. Ask the IP department there about them, this can't be solved on this mailing list. -- Gruß Marco Send unsolicited bulk mail to 1713822907mu...@cartoonies.org
Re: [SOGo] Unable to send email from Thunderbird
Most residential ISPs block port 25. Try port 587 first, then perhaps 465 for SMTP over TLS.
