Yes, all fedoraproject.org subpages we had on the old fedoraproject.org
website are redirected to getfedora.org. Some special pages are redirected
to the equivalent page on getfedora, others to the wiki.
You are probably looking for this page: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Join
which was the old https://join fedoraproject.org
