I have been seeing when copy and paste any string with special characters into the title the resulting post slug does not sanitise the very well.
It replaces with HTML char codes but when the final post is being main char such as ( ' ) still remains in the final urls resulting a 404 as result. Have been looking for where problem can be coming from but could not get far on this.
