We've had this issue before.
Look at your video card drivers. I have to check when I'm back in the office
what version driver on our nvidia cards but that was our issue. Don't let
Microsoft replace the drivers either with an update. Had issue there too.

Eric, I have video up in the Louisiana lobby: venues.lbrn.lsu.edu if you are
just checking to see anyone else's video.
So, everyone used to hang out in Argonne's or NCSA's venue lobby - but lately I
know that now that many organizations such as ours in Louisiana have their own
venue server
the bandwidth here in Louisiana, and I've recently moved some of my local
sites to a high priority vlan established by our local networking group. I'd
love to stress test it. :-)

As Fred mentioned with OS X audio issues, but EC is inexpensive with the
Phoenix Duet (USB) and works on OS X - cheapest of course is to use a headset
to isolate the mic from the incoming sound. Works with anything else too,

Actually, when bridging - only one VIC on a single machine will see all
the video. When running multiple vics on a single machine (some producing
and some consuming) this can be confusing to someone used to seeing
everything on every vic on multicast because only one VIC on that machine
will get

Regarding the video: the h.264 vic will also receive all the video in the
group it's connected to, i.e. h.261 video as well in the same address group.
And if that group is on a bridge, you get it all as well. Just because
you're sourcing h.264 in that vic doesn't mean it won't receive
for this) the desktop now within VIC.

(keep the range narrow) were for firewall reasons as well...

It takes... time. And then, it depends on what sites are using and what the
purpose your AG was installed with. In our case, the AG was put into place for
a specific use. Any other use was (is) encouraged and welcome, so we've been
broadening the use that way - but without a specific use and
I should have said: the number of external sites we communicate with hasn't
gone up much! There are plenty of those, but we seem to be using it more and
more within the state.
