How long ago did you rename the file space? The inactive versions will be expired 35 days from the date they went inactive. Renaming the file space doesn't change that. The only difference is that the *active* versions will hang around forever until you delete the file space from the TSM server.

In addition to others' remarks: 1) Of course the admin client is available for Windows. You have to do a custom install to get it. 2) That said, not sure where dsmadmc fits in, since QUERY BACKUP is a client command, not admin. 3) You can not use a client of one type to operate with data of

Just guessing.. If I just type c:\tsm\baclient\dsmc backup systemobject into the command line, it doesn't work. What I would try is to change the OBJECTS to: c:\whatever\backup.bat and in the .bat file put cd c:\program files\tivoli\tsm\baclient'' dsmc backup systemobject See if that makes
