TSM uses a copypool to do this. You can then eject the copypool tapes, mark them as not available, and keep them offsite. You will run reclaimation of both the onsite tapepool and offsite copypool separately, so do not expect there to be a 1 to 1 correlation of offsite to onsite tapes. Best of
