Looks to me like it could be two different machines trying to use one node name. The biggest clue that this is the problem is your message ANR2576W. Reboot the client machine, in case it really did get two schedulers running. But it's more likely two different machines trying to share one nodename.

By default it puts the data back in the same POOL as the destroyed volume. So the volume it selects for output will depend on your definition for that storage pool. If the storage pool is collocated it may spread the data around; if not collocated, it should look for the FILLING volume in the pool

You should not be using Windows removable storage manager. DISABLE the Windows removeable storage manager service. INSTALL the IBM driver for the TS3310 (download from www.storage.ibm.com) and the LTO drives. Do not try to run 5.3.0.0; apply maintenance to upgrade to TSM 5.3.3. Then use the ISC
