The TSM client Backup-Archive GUI provides a button to estimate the time needed
for backup. Thus far I have not been able to determine how to do this from the
dsmc command line.

could recover the disk space. This was done by TSM, albeit with some errors

30 GB is not outrageously large. I've worked with one
that was almost twice that size. You can unload and
load the database or perhaps do an audit on it.
There's an entire section called utilities in the
Admin Reference. Be forewarned that an audit could
take days if not weeks...!!!

How is a TSM.PWD file created? I am (trying) to run
TDP for Domino on a partitioned Notes server. When I
log in as notes1 and run, for example, domdsmc sel
events4.nsf - no problem. When I'm logged in a Notes2
on the other partition I get a message saying thgat
