Does TSM handle folder versioning the same as files? That is, if a user
clicks on a folder to get to a file in it is the folder updated such
that a new version is backed up?
I'm looking for a reason a GUI PIT restore wouldn't display a folder and
it's contents that were obviously there. I'm using
it's touched then there probably
aren't enough versions data exists.

Is there a difference between inclexcl syntax on Solaris vs. AIX? We're
running into problems where the common excludes for Oracle files the
we've always used on AIX are blocking anything from the specified file
spaces.
Excl/u02/oradata/*
excl/u02/oradata/.../*
and nothing in u02 is
vs backup so many times I've grown tired of the effort.
So, what do other university environs set as standards for storing and
retrieving business based files? Curious minds want to know!

. By unloading the correct DSMCADxx.NLM you get just the right
stanza down. The loaded DSMCADxx.NLM will load the DSMC.NLM, when it is needed and

The instruction at hex addr referenced memory at hex addr. The
memory cannot be 'read'.
From the sched log is appears that the backup has finished traversing
the file systems but hits this error before a successful completion.

A followup on the problems with NDS with the all-local command (we're
talking Netware here). APAR IC34798 has been issued on this. The work
around is to include the colon after the NDS specification. i.e: DOMAIN
ALL-LOCAL NDS: works.
