Folks we appreciate your comment on the subject on how to setup network and
servers for web services. However, the problem was in the ISP network
that caused us the problem. We are still working with the ISP to try to
return us back to normal service.

Tivoli is now up.. We apologizes for any inconvenience this may have
caused.
The Netscape 7.0 problem has been resolved. We had to make changes to our
pages so that 7.0 could interpret some of our fields.
Update.
We are in the processes of making changes to the web pages on Ibm.com to
help with some of the issues you have been encountering.
1) We have removed the all support download box from the web page
temporarily. This should be gone by tomorrow AM
2) We have submitted the issue
• If your Tivoli products were purchased Via PPA
• Ensure our Site Technical Contact (STC) list you as an authorized
user before you register
– This will allow you to submit PMRs
• Know your IBM Customers Number (ICN) before your register
• Fill in all
