I believe it's a different issue on the one about prevent zero impression.
I guess there are now rows that match your report definition.

My PLACEMENT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT stopped working after upgrading to v201302.
I do not have any performance data and adgroup is also paused. Not able to
find anything

How do I use InfoService to get list of accounts (details) linked to my mcc
account. What I understood from documentation of InfoService is that it
only gives API usage for all the customers linked to the MCC accounts.
