If you want to obtain all your campaigns using reports you need to use the
campaign performance report and specifically include zero impression
entities. The reason of the discrepancies could be because first you are
excluding zero impression entities, also the auto placements
I'm working with bringing in AW ad-hoc reports into our DB for more
reporting. The issue i'm seeing is that not all the campaigns are being
listed in each report. I am running it with Impressions 0 and not
selecting any segments.
