To take a closer look at this issue and to answer your questions, could you please share your complete request and response logs, and request-id that generated on your end? Also, the whole screenshot of the Google Ads UI without the crop portion where we can see the discrepancies is helpful in our investigations. If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, and by using the DEBUG log level. You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsapi-supp...@google.com.
