We're using the "group_placement_view" from the reporting API to fetch the
websites hosting our ads. Yet, we've noticed inconsistencies in both the
number of placements and the reported data when compared to what's
displayed in the Placements section of the Content tab on Google Ads UI.

countries. It appears to be limiting to 122. We are seeing this with the
API, the offline tool, and the web interface.
