Is there any script that can check the AIDE rules for syntax, i.e., "aide-lint"? Also, In Debian, the current Buster version of AIDE is aide (0.16.1-1).  Does anyone know if the maintainers intend to update to .17 any time soon. Thank for any advice.  ~Vince
