[Commons-l] As a reader, why should I fix a page ?

I found a page with a dead link, as i went further i found the link 23 times  or on 23 pages in this one category, file: jpg.   Who fixes this stuff, the link had been dead since march. of 2017.    ___ Commons-l mailing list
