guess is that this is well within Jenkins' limits and we are managing
our workspaces with good hygiene. A year from now, however, I will have
ran half a million Jenkins jobs. Any thoughts on that?

but you could trigger an OOM if you let it get too high, so maybe try
setting it at 85 or so. This should effectively disable the write
throttling and give you the bandwidth you want.
