Observers (PSOs) for vessel-based OFF-SHORE WIND projects primarily in the
Atlantic but also in other regions. These are W2 positions, so you'll need to

--PAM - Experience with deploying/monitoring towed arrays for dolphins and

acoustic monitoring) operator during a vessel-based survey to document the
occurrence and distribution of marine mammals in the Gulf of Mexico for about 1
month in August.
