règles de notifications sur les différents objets.

traductions d'un modèle.

Because of deadlock issue, they have disable ZEND_SIGNALS
This change could break some extensions
(it seems APC is the only one affected, so have been rebuild).
php-5.4.0-0.4.RC8.fc17 should be in f17/rawhide now.
