The rumors that WHDH will lose NBC have started to heat up recently, with the story now that NBC may take the Telemundo station and turn it into the NBC outpost for Boston with the just poached WHDH weatherman being part of the NBC 60(?) team. Telemundo gets downgraded a subchannel or two.
