Small update: I have a successful build with SNDIO enabled in qt6-webengine
with my proposed patch in my local qt6-6.7.1 update branch, but the patch
should also apply cleanly to 6.7.0 in main.

I applied the patch on -current and the system worked fine and didn't crash at
reboot time. It worked fine for several more reboots.
