Just checked on Oneiric and it seems that the rules are not there. This command
gives an empty result:
grep -i infiniband `dpkg -L udev`
While doing it on debian squeeze I get this:
/lib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules:KERNEL==umad*,

I'm trying to make a bootcd with squeeze (kernel 2.6.32) but the created
cd does not boot: it fails with a lot of errors of this kind:
cat : can't open '/proc/scsi/scsi': No such file or directory
and then it stops because it can't find the root fs.
I tried patching various files as indicated
