Is there a way to "undo" rating for some comment? For example, I accidentally
hit "No" for one usefull comment. :yakes:

Also, are ratings automatically approved when one person rates it (yes, no,
meh), how does that work exactly?

Do you have some forward defined that forwards you these emails from another
email account? Scenario you're describing could easily happen if you signed up
for this mailing list with some other email address that forwards email to this
one. 

You can easily check that by examining email message header (header of one of
the messages you received from this mailing list). Or send it here so we can
"debug" it.

If that is the case it's hard that admins of this list would guess which of
`your` email addresses was subscribed to it and thus it is nearly impossible to
determine which address needs to be unsubscribed from the list.
