I'm trying to install Scribus on Mandriva 2009 from here:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/mrdocs/Mandriva_2009/i586/
After all dependencies are met I get this error:

Chamo à atenção que o OOXML não existe implementado em nenhum software. Muito
provavelmente está a referir-se a documentos do Ms Office 2007 (aka ECMA-376)
os quais são substancialmente diferentes do OOXML.

Posso confirmar que em Portugal Inforlândia e a Dell vendem sem SO.
A AS fornece estes modelos (Insys Gameforce e Dell Latitude) com Linux.
Sobre a Toshiba tanto quanto sei não vende sem SO. Quanto à HP não tenho de
momento informação.
