*Location: 100% Remote, client is located in VA but the manager sits out of
Chicago. *

   1. SAP Planning (PP Module) and 3rd Party Planning Tools such as
   (Logility, Anaplan, Kinexis, Blue Yonder)
   2. Must have experience in Demand/Supply Chain/Productions Planning, the
   client is in the food manufacturing industry and someone working out of a
   similar or relevant supply chain industry is a must
   3. Strong communication is important.

*Job Description:*

This role is an IT Application Engineer role doing forecasting and
planning.   This person will be hands on in SAP and non SAP applications to
know how communication is transferred between applications and the flows
from Planning and MRP.  The non SAP 3rd partly planning applications that
are a must have would be one or more including Quintiq, Logility, Anaplan,
Kinexis, Blue Yonder. SAP is the execution system so PP, MRP and knowing
middleware and SD will be helpful.  Also knowledge of IDOC, SAFE interface,
Web methods, Boomi and APO are pluses.

·         Working with Business partners including delivery managers for
(integration, planning, data analytics) and core business planning group
(Demand Planning and Supply Planners who they get requirements from) and
will work closely with all of these people.

·         Support nightly jobs that run for planning.  Client is the S.I.
and looks after the daily jobs and monitoring but this team sees that all
the jobs are running fine and then will escalate to the business and how to
resolve them.   They make sure Accenture is doing their job correctly.

·         Quarterly, Monthly maintenance, QA in production and making sure
customers are supported

·         Service Now is ticketing system where users log issues and see
assignment groups.



*Where have previous people fallen short:*

·         Lack of SAP Planning (PP Module) AND 3rd party planning tools

·         Too much of a super user

·         Not a cultural fit (Arrogant, not willing to learn or pick up new
tools etc)
