Based on the mailing list adoption call feedback and other comments received during meetings and telecons, we are adopting: http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kuhn-aqm-eval-guidelines/ as an AQM WG draft towards the charter milestone for an informational document on algorithm evaluation guidelines.
