Hi Peter You mentioned in your mail that you were having 2 issues with MYIT 2.6 that were stopping you from going live. Have BMC come back to you on these issues? Was wondering if they are planning on releasing a patch or hotfix for them in the next week or so as I would love to go live with MYIT

I see the version that you are using is 8.1, I believe there must be C plug in and Java plug in entries would be present. Try either commenting of C plug in or Java plugin. C plugin would be entries as - Plugin : server administration. dll - plugin-path: path to plugin location JAVA Plugin

We were getting duplicate notes on Work Info (everywhere, but related to the Social Integration Patch) in 2.5 MyIT/1.1 Smart IT I believe on Change Management, which resulted in us disabling a Filter that had a duplicate. I don’t recall the name but there were two filters with the same name,

This doesn’t sound like what we’re getting but we’re not using change management yet (I’ll have a look for the duplicate filter tomorrow though). We can see duplicates in Smart IT due to there being duplicates in MongoDB – the duplicates are not there in the work info forms. I got a hotfix

It sounds like you’re definitely having a different issue then. Hopefully the hotfix resolves it for you. We’re looking to start testing 2.6 and 1.2 of the tools soon, although with BMC Engage coming up I doubt we’ll have much time to try it out until later in September. Thanks, Shawn
