Yes, I'm using 7.6.04 user tool against 9.0.01 server but still its not working. Confirmed the macro is in actlink_macro table. I will try to replace the macro functionality with native Remedy code, as suggested. Thanks! Kaur

Hi, I am getting errors like JRE_32Bit not set , JRE_64 bit not set while running Silent installation for Remedy 9. I have installed java 8u51 and given the correct path for JRE_64Bit in options.txt file but still it looks like it's not taking the JRE value. Please let me know if anyone has seen
