Not that this is a high priority, but I've had a couple users complain
that there is way too much information in their daily block report.
One such complaint is below:

That is IMHO not possible.
Your are talking always rates, ther is no rate based scoring in
place.

Look for PenaltyBox Database (pbdb), there are two new buttons:
show domains
show limits
Both dbs will add scores and increase a counter for ScoringLimit and
other events which has the third value set in the +valences.

Some more details on my rebuildspamdb problems. Everything was OK until
the 16th (unsure about the 7 second run on the 15th, best ignore it). No
settings within rebuildspamdb have changed, as you can see the run times
