Attached is an example email where ASSP did not record a domain from a
URL in an HTML anchor. It is the last href in the message. It may be

an edited copy of file:files/URIBLCCTLDS.txt named file:files/MyTLDS.txt
But still allow file:files/URIBLCCTLDS.txt to be updated.
